Storewars Registration Information

| How to register |
You can register for Storewars in one of two ways:
Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Registration cut-off is June 11th, 2010. |
| Registration fee |
Since the main objective of Storewars is to promote collaboration between trading partners, if you would like to invite your trading partner, we will we will offer a 50% discount to the first ten retailer registrations. |
| Payment information |
Your registration fee is due upon registration. Payment is accepted by credit card, wire transfer or check. Please notify us if you need to be invoiced. If you plan to pay by wire transfer or check, a credit card is needed to hold your space. The registration fee will be charged to this card if payment is not received by the day before the program start. |

Upon our receipt of your registration and payment, we will send you via email a confirmation packet including the following:

| Seminar facility |
Storewars will be held on July 12-15, 2010 at: CARLSON SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT |
| Hotel accommodations |

| Seminar attire | Attire for the seminar is business casual. |
| Cancellation by participants | Refunds are possible up until 31 days prior to the program start, minus a 5% processing fee, provided they are requested in writing. Registration can be transferred to another person up until two weeks prior to the program start date at no charge, upon notice in writing. |
| Cancellation by Global Decisions | If for any reason, Global Decisions decides to cancel this program, Global Decisions is not responsible for any charges incurred if you should need to cancel or change a plane ticket. We recommend that you not book your plane ticket more than 31 days prior to the program start. |
